Delivery/ Orders -

Dispatch Time -
All orders are freshly baked and prepared by hand. I usually dispatch within 1-2 working days, so everything has time to cool, set and be packaged properly.

Delivery (Evri) - Your order will be delivered using Evri.

  • Delivery time: usually 2 - 3 working days after dispatch.

  • Tracking included: You’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your parcel

  • Missed Delivery: Evri will try again or leave instructions for collection at a local parcel shop.

Delivery Address - Please double-check your delivery details when ordering. I’m unable to replace items sent to an incorrect address, as parcels can’t be recalled once collected by courier.

Packaging - Every order is packaged securely to keep your bakes as fresh and safe as possible while travelling.

Warm Weather Notice - During hot weather, chocolate toppings or fillings may soften slightly in transit. A quick chill in the fridge when they arrive will bring them back to their best.

Refunds & Returns -
Because all items are freshly made to order and are perishable, I’m unable to accept returns.
However, your experience means a lot to me - so if something arrives damaged or you have any concerns, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll always do my best to help.

If your local - don’t hesitate to message me - I can offer free local delivery or collection. I’m always happy to arrange a time that works for you, so your bakes arrive fresh and convenient.

Allergy & Kitchen Information

All my bakes are homemade in a kitchen that handles all major allergens, including MILK, EGGS, WHEAT (GLUTEN), SOYA and NUTS. While I take great care when preparing every order, cross- contamination is always possible.
If you have a severe allergy, please note that I cannot guarantee any products to be completely free from traces of allergens. For your safety, customers with serious allergies should avoid ordering.
I’m happy to answer any questions about ingredients - just send me a message before ordering if you’re unsure about anything.

All items will be individually wrapped with ingredients labelled with a best-before date. Brownies, Traybakes and Cakes can be frozen for up to 3 months. Brownies and Cookies can be microwaved for 10-20 seconds for a more gooey centre.

Hi, I’m Emma - the hands, heart and baker behind LeeJane Homemade.

I’ve spent the last 12 years working in the hospitality industry, where I learned the importance of good food, hard work, and genuine customer care. But baking has always been my real passion. It started with making birthday cakes for my nephews, and before long, family and friends were asking for more.

When I became a mum, I realised the world isn’t always built with working parents in mind. So I decided to create something of my own - a business that allows me to do what I love while being present for my little one. Every bake I make is done from a home environment, with care, patience, and that comforting homemade feel you can’t get anywhere else.

From brownies to cookies, my goal is to bring a little joy to every order and make treats that feel special, heartfelt and made just for you.
